For all the idiots moaning it's like castle crashers, here's the thing. I'm quite sure the guy did this in Honor of CC, which is a fantastic game, only arcade game i've bought for my 360. He's just paying homeage to Fulp, and Paladin. I gave it highest scores on both. Rock on, and maybe add a little more healing to it the last boss is tough without it.

The hit detection seemed a slight bit off, but i didn't mind much. I would recommend doing a larger game with chooseable characters (Mario, Luigi, Peach, Toad, etc.) Add more combos, and more then one attack button. The Wall Jump was a tad confusing too trying to get the hang of at first. And Powerups, Flowers could give you fists of fire, stars for invulnerability and things of that nature, you could seriously have a Jewel on your hands here with this one.

I'm sure if all the r-tards who are knockin' this just don't seem to understand what a "Tribute" is. It's when you take something of someone elses, and give it their own "flair". besides did the Author of the Awsome series do this? no... so you couldn't have ripped it off. He does 15-30 seconds of each skit of a game, You did a little more then that, and did one solid game. I thought the art was close to what the other guy does but that's cool because you were going for that look i bet. Don't let these haters fuck with you man. You did good!

Hey, if it's your first action script not bad, I guess? Not sure about that stuff much myself. I'd go with movement on the arrow keys or wasd, space to shoot. add a start screen, with instructions to play, a mute button for sound. Then make it level based with hitpoints and stuff like that. Good for a starter, but go further with it.

Music was too repetative to start. Second, If you can draw the letter U you can beat this game. There's no time limit, or ammount of lines to give it the challenge it needs. Because the probability of him hitting a star was inevitable with just drawing a basic U or variation of it. Other then that it could be a solid game.

More music, and give some buttons to give you items you can smash him into and it's be even cooler, just some ideas for you. and was it you that made it when i smacked him offa different walls it sounded like the music went to that side? It's hard to explain but it's there.

The mouth didn't sync with the words sometimes (i'm sure you could edit that to fix it) but other then that it was rather good. Good for a few laughs, and I like the parody work.
